Lloyds Bank Foundation supports charities with an annual income of £25,000 to £1 million with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change.
Alongside funding, grantees are able to receive non-financial tailored support through their Enhance Programme. Foundation Managers work with charities to help build organisational capacity, improve resilience and sustainability. Grantees will be supported to identify aspects of their work that could benefit from a fresh perspective or external expertise. To do this, charities can access consultancy support from a list of approved partners. Partners work closely with charities to address gaps in their knowledge or training, address specific developmental challenges, or provide mentoring, peer support, or to boost their effectiveness.

- Grant Fundraising Audit and Planning
This support is beneficial for the many charities who are aware that they are not maximising their potential income from grant sources, as well as those coming to the end of a period of being reliant on a large multiple-year grant. Get Grants Experts will work with your charity to perform an audit of your existing grant fundraising activities, review the quality of your grant applications, develop effective grant tracking systems, and identify grant funding opportunities best suited to your charity as part of a tailored fundraising plan.
- Corporate Fundraising Consultancy Support
Corporate Fundraising is recognised as the most under-utilised method of fundraising across the charity sector. Support from Get Grants Experts will help your charity identify how existing or potential relationships with businesses could lead to an increase in income. Tailored support will include a review of your charity’s current corporate relationships, identify corporate fundraising opportunities not being utilised, develop an ‘ask’ as part of a corporate appeal, and develop methods and systems for effective corporate fundraising.
We have designed our support packages to build capacity and sustainability rather than provide short-term solutions. At the core of each support package is providing clear actions your charity can put into practice and building skills and knowledge that you can apply independently in the future.
