Following the success of our first-ever Virtual Conference in 2024, we’re bringing back Get Grants FREE Virtual Conference for 2025!

Over 2 days, Get Grants FREE Virtual Conference will bring together thousands of Fundraisers from across the UK for a programme led by Get Grants Experts, funders, and other speakers from across the sector.

Building on our popular FREE Virtual Events and amazing Get Grants Community,  we want to reach as many fundraisers as possible – help us spread the word and share with your networks!

Meet the Speakers

John Ellery – Get Grants

Founder & Director of Get Grants. You may already know him from Get Grants FREE Virtual Events and Training! John set up Get Grants in 2012. He has a passion for supporting small grassroots community organisations and this is reflected in everything we offer at Get Grants.

Rosie Milsom

Rosie Milsom is an experienced multi-discipline fundraiser and is passionate about helping charities of all sizes to become more confident in their fundraising.  Alongside her fundraising career, Rosie is a certified life coach, supporting people to increase their self-worth and success.

Vic Hancock Fell

Vic helps socially purposed organisations – especially the smallest ones – lead with more confidence, clarity, and care. With nearly 20 years of experience in the social good sector, Vic has worn many hats – Co-Founder, Fundraiser, CEO, Volunteer, Trustee, Chair, Consultant, and Trainer. Vic specialises in giving small leaders the knowledge, tools, support, and strategy they need to do more good. Vic was also recognised for her impact in the sector in Charity Times’ 2023 list of Women Making a Difference in the Charity Sector. Vic is the Founder and Director of Fair Collective.

Jamila Daley-Jeffers

Jamila Daley-Jeffers is a Fundraising Consultant, Coach and Trainer. She supports charities to diversify their income and build resilience without compromising their mission or exhausting their team. She is currently a Fundraising & Income Generation Consultant with ‘Get That Money’, she regularly works directly with small charities on fundraising, governance, strategy and impact measurement, sharing her real-life small charity experience and expertise. 

Andy King

Andy King is an award-winning storyteller. In July 2022, Fundraising Magazine named him ‘the most influential fundraiser in the UK’. Andy’s passion is helping charities tell their most important stories to those with the power to change the ending. He is also Director of Fireside Fundraising.

Michelle Stein

Michelle Stein is an experienced fundraiser specialising in high-value relationship fundraising. For over ten years she has worked in charities and with some of the biggest philanthropic families in the UK and US. She has trained fundraisers in the UK, Europe, Australia and South Africa and knows from first-hand experience that with the right training, any fundraiser can go from mediocre to extraordinary.

David Page

David Page has been a fundraiser for almost 20 years and specialises in working with small charities that are disproportionately affected by financial challenges. He has built a wealth of experience on how to survive, flourish and grow when resources seem scarce. David has previously delivered training for the Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI) and is also a Director of Triceratops Training.

Henry Smith Foundation

The Henry Smith Foundation has a 400-year history of backing work to tackle poverty and creating a more just society. Today they have evolved to become one of the UK’s largest independent funders, funding organisations supporting people through some of life’s toughest transitions and points of crisis and pushing for systems that work for everyone.

The Hilden Charitable Fund

The Hilden Charitable Fund is an endowed grant-making foundation and a registered charity. They fund smaller UK-based charitable organisations delivering projects within the UK to support social justice and to tackle disadvantage in specific areas of focus – providing unrestricted or project/core funding. They also fund projects overseas – in Malawi, Tanzania and Uganda only – with a preference for organisations physically based in those countries and run by local people.

Localgiving

Localgiving offer fundraising tools, grants, AI assistance and direct support to organisations, their supporters, and large scale grant makers. Founded in 2010 and owned by the charitable Localgiving Foundation, they believe passionately in bringing cutting-edge innovations to empower the non-profit sector.

Groundwork

Last year, Groundwork distributed £20 million in grants to over 17,000 organisations and community groups. Groundwork manages a number of grant schemes on the behalf of businesses, public sector and third sector partners to help you make your project a reality.
