Our Diagnostics Meeting provides a dedicated time to talk one-on-one with a Get Grants Funding Expert, allowing you to discuss the issues you are facing and the needs of your organisation.
These meetings are led by you. They can include whatever you want – people come to us to talk about staffing, time pressures, governance, finances, accounts, as well as writing applications, developing fundable projects, and getting budgets right.
Diagnostics Meetings are an effective way of kickstarting a relationship with our wider support services. Alternatively, they can be a one-off to give you the confidence you need to do it yourself!
Diagnostics Meetings last approximately 1 hour and will take place virtually with one of our Get Grants Funding Experts.
You will receive immediate feedback, advice, and friendly encouragement from our Experts to ensure you are on the right track. We will work closely with you to identify the next steps tailored to you and your organisation.
After the meeting, you will receive a 1–2-page Diagnostics Report. This report will summarise the meeting, an analysis of strengths and weaknesses discussed, and actions identified.
Who is this service suitable for?
This service is suitable for organisations that are new to grant fundraising as well as organisations that have an existing grant fundraising track record. We can work with charities, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations of all shapes and sizes. This service is designed to complement our training courses and other fundraising services.
What will it cost?
Diagnostics Meeting has a one-off (no further commitment) cost of £100 +VAT.
