The Harold Hyam Wingate Foundation offers grants to charitable organisations in four categories:
The Foundation gives out nearly £5000,000 in grants annually, with grants generally in the region of £1,000 to £10,000, with only a very small number of grants given over £10,000.
The Foundation prefers to support small and medium sized organisations that are not well represented on the High Street and places particular emphasis on projects and charities that do not readily attract funding from other sources.
The Trustees meet to review applications four times year. Applications must be made through an application form found on their website, which must be e mailed to them.
