Approaching new donors, launching new campaigns, and filling in application forms all put heavy demands on fundraisers’ time and resources.
But engaging with existing supporters that already know you, trust you, and like your work is less demanding, with a much higher success rate and return on investment.
In our NEW Stewardship MASTERCLASS, we will breakdown how your ability to build strong, authentic relationships with your donors, funders, and partners WILL have an impact on your level of success.
Led by Fundraising Expert Rosie Milsom, this Masterclass will share top tips, practical advice, and expert insights on how to strengthen loyalty with existing supporters, how to stand out, and to grow your fundraising income through stewardship.
Rosie will also share her reflections on the future of stewardship and her number one suggestion for nurturing your audience while increasing fundraising income!
Who is it for?
This Masterclass is designed for fundraisers of all levels of experience, whether you are new to Stewardship or want to level up your existing Stewardship processes!
What to expect?
During the 1-hour session, the masterclass will look at:
- What is stewardship and why is it important?
- How to build a stewardship plan that works for your organisation.
- Applying the principles of stewardship to all kinds of supporters – individual donors, trusts and foundations, partners, and individual fundraisers.
- Using data and automation to improve your stewardship processes.
- How to stand out in an increasingly competitive charity sector.
This 1-hour webinar-style session will be delivered online via Zoom.
All attendees of the live Masterclass will receive a copy of the session recording. We will also make the recording available to purchase on-demand via our website after the session.

About the Trainer
Rosie Milsom has 11 years’ experience of working in the charity sector.
She has worked for large and small charities, for causes from arts fundraising to medical research and young people. She is an all-round fundraiser, with extensive experience in fundraising strategy, individual giving, Trusts & Foundations and community fundraising.
Rosie is currently Head of Fundraising at The British Youth Council, a small national youth charity, where she has supported an overall increase of 40% of fundraised income during a particularly tough time for charities. In her prior role at Caudwell LymeCo, she launched an Individual Giving income stream from scratch, growing by 600% in her first 12 months.
Alongside her fundraising career, Rosie is a certified life coach, supporting women across the UK to increase their self-worth and success. She achieves life-changing results for her clients, and uses her coaching skills when delivering training and working with mentees.
She is also Trustee of a local youth music charity, a board member of a dance theatre company, a keen fan of Harry Potter (though not JK Rowling) and a dog mum.
