All course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or an agreed booking form.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the course start date may be made without charge. Cancellations received within 14 days of the course start date, or non-attendance on the day, will result in the full course fee being payable. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Transfers / Change of Date:
Where a delegate is unable to attend the booked course date, we will endeavour to transfer the booking to a future course date. However, any transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline transfer requests made within 14 days of the course start date.
Substitutions:
Named delegate substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course start date at no additional cost, provided the replacement delegate meets any course prerequisites.
Course Materials and Recordings:
Training course sessions are delivered live (unless otherwise stated) and recordings are not made available. Delegates will, however, receive copies of presentation slides and any relevant supporting materials following the course.
