Get Grants Grant Fundraising Audit provides an expert review of your organisation’s current grant fundraising processes, allowing you to make strategic improvements, become more efficient, and increase your income through grant fundraising.
We know that many charities are not maximising grant income for a wide range of reasons including a lack of knowledge, informal or ineffective grant processes, or a lack of coherent strategy. Other organisations are coming to the end of a period of being reliant on a large multiple-year grant and do not have a plan in place for replacement income.
What’s included?
Our Grant Fundraising Audit will explore which grants your organisation is and isn’t securing, the quality of applications being written, grant tracking processes, and how potential grant opportunities are being identified.
This audit will identify what is being done well, what gaps or issues exist, and where improvements can be made. As part of this service, Get Grants will produce a Summary Report with recommendations for actions to be taken.

This service is best suited to organisations who already have some track record of grant fundraising. We can work with charities, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations of all shapes and sizes. This service has been designed to complement our training courses and other fundraising services.
