Also known as procurement or commissioning, tendering is the process by which organisations make a bid to secure a contract to deliver specific public sector services (such as a contract to deliver services contracted by the government or local authority).

• Understand the tendering process from start to finish and develop processes to help you navigate it.
• Discuss what information and evidence to include to produce a high-quality tender.
• Develop a tendering strategy that helps you make decisions and maximises your chances of success.

Delivered across two 2-hour sessions, this course provides attendees with friendly expert advice and useful insights that you can take back to your organisation and put into practice.
