Vic specialises in giving small leaders the knowledge, tools, support, and strategy they need to do more good. Vic was also recognised for her impact in the sector in Charity Times’ 2023 list of Women Making a Difference in the Charity Sector. Vic is the Founder and Director of Fair Collective.
